Client information
Client information is held on encrypted devices built to a documented security baseline, and in business-grade cloud services under commercial terms, with client information kept in the UK. Access is protected by multi-factor authentication. Information a client provides is used only for that client's engagement and kept confidential. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
How we use AI
We use AI to support our work. Where client material is processed with AI, only business AI services within our own environment in the UK are used, and client material is not used to train AI models.
